Operario Técnico 1 – Production Support

About the role

The Technical Operator provides hands‑on support to the production process, manufactures products, completes required paperwork and inspections, and ensures a safe work environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the Shift Coordinator, the role focuses on 6S, production efficiency, scrap reduction, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Speedicath Flex production equipment according to instructions.
• Assist with loading raw materials and follow work orders to produce correct products.
• Maintain cleanliness and 6S standards in the work area and on equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimise downtime and report mechanical failures to support technicians.
• Support routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Execute product changeovers on assigned machines following quality requirements.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and basic corrective‑maintenance tasks as defined by Engineering.
• Maintain order and hygiene in the workspace and handle assigned needle, cassette, and manifold repairs.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Technical training or diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related maintenance fields.
• Ability to follow procedures, work safely and report system inefficiencies.
• Commitment to EHS positive culture and safety responsibilities.
