About the role
The Production Operator (Level 1) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in a food‑handling environment. The role follows defined procedures, policies, and processes to help meet the daily production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, ensuring productivity and adherence to production, quality, and food safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload allocated to each production area.
- Produce output that complies with HACCP, governmental regulations, and technical specifications.
- Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education completed (sixth grade).
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of HACCP food‑safety system.
