About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator (Operario de Producción) to carry out non‑critical tasks on the first‑level production line in a food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining productivity while adhering to quality, safety and HACCP standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
Ensure production targets are met while following established quality and food safety procedures.
Handle assigned workload efficiently across all designated areas.
Produce goods in compliance with HACCP, governmental regulations and technical specifications.
Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality.

Required profile

Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
No prior experience required.
Ability to follow procedures, policies and defined processes.

Required skills

Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety principles.
