Operario de Manufactura – Dispositivos Médicos

About the role

Freudenberg Medical is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join its production team in Alajuela. You will be responsible for producing, packaging, and labeling medical device components while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, package, and label products to meet or exceed quality specifications and order requirements.
• Operate various manufacturing and measurement equipment safely and orderly.
• Report operational issues or deviations to the supervisor promptly.
• Meet all assigned production deadlines and ensure accountability for manufactured items.
• Read, write, and accurately complete required documentation.
• Assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with process, product, and tool validation.
• Follow dress‑code procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Previous experience in the medical device industry (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
