About the role

Cardinal Health is seeking an Entry‑Level Assembly Associate to work a compressed night shift from Sunday to Wednesday, 6 pm to 6 am. The role involves assembling product packages, verifying components, and performing quality inspections on the production line while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up workstations according to instructions and GMP requirements.
• Assemble product packages following DHR, special instructions, and video imaging.
• Verify component selection and ensure quantity and quality standards are met.
• Inspect components for debris or defects and report issues to management and the quality team.
• Operate packaging equipment that inserts or fills containers.
• Follow NCI & Defect Investigation Form process for quality issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, local, state, and federal regulations.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to apply basic skills and techniques to routine tasks.
• Works under close supervision and follows standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
