About the role
The General Services Operator / Gardener supports the upkeep of outdoor spaces at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, ensuring that gardens, beaches and common areas are clean, well‑maintained and aligned with the resort’s sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support maintenance, cleaning and conservation of exterior areas, gardens, beaches and common areas of the resort.
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mulching and lawn care.
- Operate and maintain the irrigation system, ensuring efficient water use.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on outdoor equipment and facilities.
- Assist with general facility support and promote sustainability initiatives.
Required profile
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual work.
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
