About the role
The Contact Center Sales Operator will handle outbound calls to identify customer needs, provide advice, promote products or services, and close sales while ensuring a positive experience and meeting set commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Promote and sell company products or services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachillerato).
- At least one year of experience in telephone sales or insurance sales.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Valid B1 driver’s license.
- Strong customer orientation and result‑driven mindset.
