NPI Service Program Manager

About the role

The NPI Service Program Manager will lead product support and solution planning across the entire lifecycle, ensuring pricing, service delivery and sales readiness are aligned with HPE’s strategies. This onsite role is based in an HPE office in Heredia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop product support and solution planning, including pricing strategy, end‑to‑end service delivery and sales readiness.
• Represent services on product core teams, providing service requirements throughout product development phases.
• Perform business analysis, identify root causes and develop recommendations to improve business performance.
• Work across regions and worldwide teams to create or enhance services, solutions or programs that meet emerging market needs.
• Own revenue and margin contributions for multiple solutions or services.

Required profile

• Typically 8+ years of proven experience in Service Business Management.
• Basic experience in delivery, solution architecting or business planning before moving into management.
• Strong English communication skills and a bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Medium to high knowledge of the IT and services industry.
• In‑depth understanding of HPE’s organization, policies, service offerings and end‑to‑end processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, conduct financial analysis and manage projects.
• Good presentation and influencing skills across functions and geographies.
