NPI Engineer I – New Product Introduction Engineer

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking an entry‑level NPI Engineer I to support the design, development, documentation, and validation of new medical device products and transfer projects. The role offers hands‑on exposure to engineering processes, validation strategies, and manufacturing workflows while working within a cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and assist with customer communications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Support feasibility builds, documentation, testing, and equipment evaluation.
• Assist in process development, operator training, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
• Contribute to process validation activities and design verification tasks.
• Troubleshoot production processes and recommend appropriate test methods.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career engineer with a growth mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn core engineering and manufacturing practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
