Montacarguista – Operador de Montacargas

About the role

We are looking for a reliable forklift operator to join our warehouse team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving raw materials, packaging supplies and finished goods while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Move raw material, packaging material and finished products using a forklift.
• Receive, store, prepare and dispatch materials according to warehouse procedures.
• Record and document inventory movements accurately.
• Operate the forklift safely and efficiently at all times.
• Use barcode scanners to control and track inventory.
• Maintain orderliness and compliance with warehouse standards.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid D3 forklift license and certification.
• Knowledge of receiving, dispatch and inventory control processes.
• Basic ability to operate barcode scanners.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
