About the role
We are looking for a Model Based Software Engineer to develop safety‑critical software for an advanced electric air‑mobility aircraft. The role involves translating requirements into MATLAB/Simulink models, creating and executing automated tests, and analysing simulation and flight‑test data.
Key responsibilities
- Compose, decompose and map system requirements into model‑based designs.
- Develop, run and optimise MATLAB/Simulink test suites, including Monte Carlo analyses.
- Collaborate with flight‑control, certification, flight‑test and verification teams.
- Analyse test results, summarise findings and support verification & validation activities.
- Contribute to requirement‑based testing and documentation in accordance with RTCA DO‑178/DO‑331.
Required profile
- BSc in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
