Mid-Level Architect

About the role

As a Mid‑Level Architect at Gensler you will be involved in every phase of the design process, delivering innovative yet technically sound solutions while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of architectural and technical aspects of projects.
• Coordinate project teams to develop construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
• Prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Support communication between clients, vendors, consultants, and permitting officials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (or foreign equivalent) and licensed/registered architect.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven fiscal accountability and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Rhino, and Grasshopper (optional).
• Understanding of building codes, standards, construction methods, and structural systems.
