Meta Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our clients in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. The role is fully remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis, allowing you to work with international teams while focusing on performance‑focused media buying.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and continuously optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Conduct audience research, develop targeting strategies for acquisition and retargeting, and execute A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and audience segments.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑converting ad copy and visuals.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking, and integrate data with Google Analytics.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Manage monthly ad budgets and allocate spend strategically across campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for e‑commerce, lead generation or digital brands.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering strong ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
