Médico de Empresa (Medio Tiempo)

About the role

The Company Doctor provides preventive, clinical and follow‑up medical care to employees of client companies of Blue Medical. Working onsite, the professional promotes occupational health, early disease detection and compliance with health‑safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct general medical consultations, evaluate, diagnose and deliver initial treatment to assigned employees.
• Design and implement health‑promotion and disease‑prevention initiatives, including wellness campaigns and educational sessions.
• Monitor medical cases, work‑related disabilities and relevant health conditions, ensuring proper documentation.
• Prepare clinical records, medical reports and required documentation in line with company policies and occupational health regulations.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Licenciatura en Medicina y Cirugía) with active registration in the corresponding Medical College.
• 1–2 years of experience in general medical practice, primary care, or occupational health.
• Digital signature capability.
• Strong communication, preventive‑care orientation, confidentiality and professional ethics.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
