Medical Copy Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Roche is seeking a Medical Copy Quality Assurance Specialist to join its growing medical copy and content team. You will ensure that digital medical and scientific materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency before they reach the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality checks of digital assets (emails, banners, ads, videos, infographics, etc.) for scientific accuracy, language quality, brand alignment and technical specifications.
• Verify that all medical claims are evidence‑based, comply with current medical guidelines and US regulatory standards, and flag items needing legal or medical review.
• Review copy for clarity, conciseness, readability, consistent terminology, proper footnotes, references and formatting; identify conflicting information and layout issues.
• Validate visual elements (images, charts, graphics) for scientific correctness and relevance to the message.
• Collaborate with writers, designers and project managers, document findings, track revisions and provide final approval for distribution.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar quality‑control role with a strong medical or scientific background.
• Higher degree in life sciences preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum C2 level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience reviewing medical/scientific content for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
