Marketing Program & Project Management Senior Analyst - Payments

About the role

The Payments Programs Advisor coordinates, executes and optimizes payment-related programs such as payment offers, gift cards, fuel discounts and mobile app initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, technology and external partners, and supports annual and tactical plans, vendor and partner relationships, and the oversight of accounting and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute payment offer annual plans and tactical plans with client stakeholders, and take part in the 1YSMP (one-year sales and marketing plan)
• Optimize consumer offers and journeys, including D2C, and run the employee and annuitant fuel discount program
• Communicate payment technology trends and consumer insights, and support Marcom creative briefs
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including gift card and co-branded card initiatives with card issuers and payments vendors
• Resolve app issues and escalations with Helpdesk teams and support agency coordination
• Manage budgets, POs, expenditures, and OPEX and cost-of-sales forecasting; oversee gift card accounting reporting (breakage, cancellations, journal entries)
• Take part in business reviews with vendors and partners, and support audits and internal assessments

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, payments, loyalty programs or program execution roles
• Advanced English (C1); high school degree; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end program execution and multiple priorities, and to coordinate cross-functional teams
