Marketing Director, LATAM IFP

About the role

Kimberly‑Clark’s International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape the brand and category strategy across Latin America. You will drive growth for iconic brands such as Family Care, Kleenex and Wypall while preparing for a strategic partnership with Suzano.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a purpose‑led LATAM brand and category strategy aligned with financial targets.
• Lead the creation of Brilliant Brand Plans with regional business units, focusing on big‑bet initiatives, penetration growth and new growth vectors.
• Own A&P investment allocation, ensuring effectiveness and alignment across segment, brand and business plans.
• Direct global and regional campaigns for Family Care, Kleenex and Wypall, stewarding brand promise, points of difference and visual identity.
• Implement and manage an omnichannel marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B segments, driving digital engagement and demand generation.
• Coordinate integrated planning cadence from segment to brand to business plans.
• Partner with innovation and portfolio teams to accelerate product development and commercial capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience in B2C and B2B environments.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing brand strategies in Latin America.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience managing large A&P budgets and cross‑functional teams.
