Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support integrated marketing and communications initiatives across Latin America. This contractor role will partner with regional and global stakeholders to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns throughout the Latin America region.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, and follow up on key deliverables.
• Develop and adapt marketing assets such as presentations, digital content, brochures, e‑books, social media materials, and video content.
• Assist with campaign communications, content creation, and localization to meet regional business objectives.
• Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, insights, and performance summaries for data‑driven decision making.
• Support webinars, customer events, training programs, and internal communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing teams, global stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective 360° campaign execution.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance communication effectiveness.
