Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work across a variety of digital marketing channels, including internal messages, SMS, pop‑ups, emails, landing pages and push notifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing marketing campaigns.
• Create internal messages, SMS, pop‑ups, and push notifications.
• Support the use of our in‑house banner tool.
• Execute campaigns across multiple notification channels.
• Ensure messaging is accurate and consistent across all brands.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on links, content, and layouts.
• Generate performance reports and help optimize future efforts.
• Learn and apply best practices in digital marketing.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Jira.
• Basic knowledge of Asana.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Familiarity with HTML.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Understanding of Tableau (optional).
