Manufacturing Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Operator to join our production floor. The role involves assembling electronic components, operating and maintaining machinery, and ensuring product quality through visual and quality inspections. Shift options include day, swing, and night schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machines.
• Solder and assemble electronic components according to technical drawings.
• Perform visual and quality inspections of finished products.
• Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Use measurement devices to verify process parameters.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets.
• Document production data and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist teammates with peer checks to ensure compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Basic English proficiency (desired).
• Previous experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly (desired).
• Ability to read and understand work specifications, schematics, and basic math.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for at least 90 minutes and lift up to 50 lb.
