About the role
Lead the manufacturing engineering function, developing the organization to support operational strategy and implementing plans that drive safety, sustainability, and connectivity.
Key responsibilities
- Assess risk and ensure compliance of processes across the area of responsibility.
- Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and support budget responsibilities as needed.
- Address issues of diverse scope, including understanding business trends.
- Interact with multiple organizational levels and create a technical network within the organization.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years, or local equivalent.
- Experience in developing operational plans for manufacturing engineering.
- Ability to work on cross‑functional issues and build technical relationships.
