Manager Workmate Support

About the role

Workday is looking for a Manager, Workmate Support to lead its tier‑1 employee support team. In this role you will shape the experience of internal employees, ensuring fast, high‑value assistance while driving continuous improvement of support processes and content.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and mentor a high‑performing team of employee support specialists.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and service standards for the tier‑1 support function.
• Monitor and evaluate quarterly support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology and content leaders to enhance the support platform and knowledge base.
• Create and maintain support resources, documentation, and best‑practice guides.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer‑service or employee‑support teams.
• Strong background in HR operations or people services.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and a mindset for leveraging technology to improve support delivery.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive change.
