Manager, Executive Support

About the role

Databricks is looking for a dynamic Manager to lead its Executive Support Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. The role will shape the development of executive assistants and build processes that enable effective support for company executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 35+ Executive Assistants and Team Leads.
• Act as liaison between executives, assistants and other departments to ensure clear communication.
• Oversee daily operations, standardize support models and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the EA team’s objectives with corporate strategy.
• Foster an inclusive, cross‑functional environment that reflects Databricks’ cultural values.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years managing executive assistants or similar teams.
• Experience coordinating with 70+ executive stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong leadership, independent work style and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication.
