Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Data Reporting & Analytics leads strategic, data‑driven decision making across the organization. This role oversees data collection, preparation, advanced analytics, and the automation of reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with senior clients to define business needs, develop outcome measures, and translate requirements into data collection and analysis plans.
• Lead systematic data collection, ensure data quality, and manage routine data refreshes and tool development for electronic capture.
• Oversee data preparation, integration, and validation to support analytic projects and predictive modeling.
• Manage the design, implementation, and automation of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Coach and develop team members, delegate tasks, and drive performance improvement through feedback and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum six years of progressive experience, including at least three years in data analytics and two years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, business planning, and written communication abilities.
