Manager, Business Program Management

About the role

The Finance Strategic Growth Market at Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Business Program Management to support strategic initiatives and drive impact across Audit & Assurance, Tax and Consulting Services. You will work closely with senior leaders to align and execute growth priorities for finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of strategies and detailed action plans for key initiatives, structuring choices for strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and manage program timelines, stakeholder analyses and track operational and financial performance.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis, synthesize insights and present findings to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships and facilitate collaboration across Audit & Assurance, Tax and Consulting Services, influencing senior firm leaders.
• Create impactful narratives and visual presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Develop clear communications for finance transformation professionals and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to promote high‑quality deliverables and support a positive, inclusive environment.
• Assist Center for Finance Leadership activities, including on‑site support for Transition Labs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel and legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
