About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role you will oversee maintenance operations for rental properties, ensuring that all issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. You will act as the central hub for communication between tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule repairs.

• Arrange inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency interventions.
• Track work orders, invoices, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
