Life Sciences Program & Project Management Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced Program & Project Management Manager to lead complex, end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives in the Life Sciences sector. The role ensures successful delivery while managing client relationships, teams, financial performance, risks and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from planning and solution design through implementation and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, KPIs, SLAs and overall performance.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, aligned with business goals and expectations.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including large teams across multiple locations.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control and budget optimization.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions and Account teams to identify new business and growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and high-quality delivery.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience managing large teams, budgets and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, financial management, risk management and operational delivery.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams, locations and priorities.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT 5 or similar certifications are a plus; a Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is a plus.
