About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive and sustain our improvement system across the organization. The role will support teams in applying Lean and Six Sigma tools, fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement, and solving operational challenges in our aviation and culinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Train and engage employees in improvement methodologies.
• Implement, monitor, and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement tools.
• Support various departments in problem‑solving and process optimization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Production, Chemical or related).
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing environments.
• At least 1 year experience in continuous improvement roles.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong understanding of value‑chain concepts and business processes.
