Legal Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will work closely with product and domain experts to ensure contracts and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to optimize outcomes while managing risk.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and perform due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts, rubrics, and multi‑turn conversational flows for legal applications.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and enhance legal tools and applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across diverse legal domains.
