Learning Experience Developer

About the role

The Learning Experience Developer will design, develop, and evaluate training solutions that align with business objectives and support employee growth. Acting as a trusted learning resource, you will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to close performance gaps and enhance organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify performance gaps.
• Design and develop web‑based training (WBT) storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject‑matter experts to ensure content relevance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support HR initiatives by implementing tools, systems, and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or a related field.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in HR, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable receiving feedback.
