Learning Experience Designer (Instructional Designer)

About the role

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and deliver global curriculum programs that help teams adopt new technologies and AI‑powered tools. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning solutions, from concept through implementation, ensuring scalability and measurable learner impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop global curriculum programs focused on new technologies and AI tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end design and development of assigned learning programs, including quality assurance.
• Create engaging, interactive online content using technical design, storytelling, and instructional strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into actionable objectives.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Integrate AI technologies into design workflows to streamline content creation and boost learner engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of instructional design and curriculum development experience.
• Proven ability to apply instructional design practices and methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
• Indefinite contract.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience using Synthesia for video creation.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted tools such as Claude and Copilot.
