Learning & Development Program Manager

About the role

SentinelOne is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to support its global learning strategy. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training experiences that enable employees at all career levels to grow professionally and personally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess learning needs across the organization and manage program logistics, including vendor coordination and material review.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and post‑deployment satisfaction insights.
• Design and develop curricula, tools, and resources covering AI concepts, leadership, and soft‑skill topics.
• Deliver and facilitate global learning programs, including train‑the‑trainer sessions where applicable.
• Advise leaders and employees on L&D best practices and ensure consistent application of the global learning strategy.

Required profile

• Curious, continuous‑learning mindset with a passion for emerging AI tools and concepts.
• Proven experience managing learning programs in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate learning needs into effective training solutions.
