Lead Information Security Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Information Security Architect to act as a security expert and business advisor across one or more business lines. The role combines deep knowledge of security architecture with a strong understanding of specific application domains such as web, mobile, ERP, and mainframe systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide security architecture guidance throughout all phases of projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and deadlines.
• Define, communicate, and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and control statements.
• Design large‑scale, high‑impact technology solutions in collaboration with fellow architects, creating target‑state architectures and transition roadmaps.
• Produce architecture artifacts (logical, conceptual, physical) to steer detailed design and implementation.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, delegating resources, monitoring progress, and escalating risks as needed.
• Research emerging technologies, evaluate their relevance, and advise IT and business leadership on technology selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a security architect or similar role, with deep expertise in at least one application domain (web, mobile, ERP, or mainframe).
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive projects forward.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering complex architecture solutions.
