LaTeX Specialist (Fluent in Spanish – Latin America) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a LaTeX expert who is fluent in Spanish (Latin America) to help train large‑scale language models. Your knowledge of scientific document preparation will be used to create high‑quality training data that improves AI performance in academic publishing and education.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with AI models on LaTeX document scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Verify formatting accuracy, logical consistency, and capture reproducible error traces.
• Document failure modes and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Provide detailed feedback on package troubleshooting, template customization, and collaborative editing workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in academic publishing, technical writing, or scientific communication.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – “show your work” approach.
• Fluency in Spanish (Latin America) is mandatory.

• Advanced LaTeX typesetting and mathematical formatting.
• Bibliographic management (e.g., BibTeX).
• Package customization and template development.
• Beamer presentations and TikZ graphics.
• Cross‑referencing techniques and collaborative editing workflows.
