About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Development Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team based in Costa Rica. You will work on building, testing and maintaining modern software applications while growing your technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
- Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code.
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams in a remote setting.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Required profile
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, C/C++ or another language.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and quick learning aptitude.
- Good communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
