Junior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will meet new candidates regularly, assess their potential through insightful questioning, and help build a strong pipeline of future talent. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas for calls and emails.
• Update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, passion for recruitment and a proven ability to meet quotas.
• 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
• Ability to ask clever questions to assess candidate potential.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
