Junior Quality Technician (TB)

About the role

The Junior Quality Technician ensures that products and processes meet established standards by performing inspections, measurements, and documentation. This role supports the detection of non‑conformities and drives continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect finished products, materials and production line processes to verify compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate instruments, record results and maintain traceability in quality documentation.
• Review and approve inspection records, rejection reports and release documentation.
• Identify non‑conformities, follow up on them and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions with the quality team.
• Support evaluation of processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for quality‑control improvements.
• Participate in investigations of failures or deviations, providing technical information for problem resolution.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and adhere to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; technical training in manufacturing or quality is desirable.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a quality inspector and 3‑4 years in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of measurement instruments, GMP, basic sampling and inspection techniques, and proficiency with Office 365.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, handle pressure, be proactive and results‑oriented.
