Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution and control of design, construction, interior fit‑out and real‑estate development projects in Costa Rica. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle while collaborating with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, documentation and deliverables.
• Participate in site inspections, monitor field activities and track progress through digital platforms.
• Prepare client‑facing status reports, meeting minutes, project logs and other required documentation.
• Support bidding processes, issue resolution and day‑to‑day coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inspection and using cloud‑based project platforms.
• Strong reporting and interpersonal skills; ability to work towards goals and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.
