Junior Outsystems Developer (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Outsystems Developer to join our team and help translate business requirements into scalable applications. The role focuses on building web and mobile solutions on the Outsystems low‑code platform while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and convert business requirements into functional Outsystems applications.
• Develop, test, and deploy web and mobile solutions using Service Studio and Integration Studio.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve defects across applications, interfaces, and technologies.
• Customize UI components based on Figma designs and ensure responsive behavior across devices.
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience building web and mobile applications with Outsystems.
• Proficiency with Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Outsystems architecture tools.
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RESTful APIs (at least 1 year).
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle) and ability to write T‑SQL queries.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure Boards, Jira, and Confluence.
