Junior Architect

About the role

As a Junior Architect at Gensler you will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative design solutions and guide projects through the construction administration phase. You will translate sketches and documents into 3D models and detailed working drawings while addressing technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design and technical delivery of architectural projects, focusing on design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Produce accurate BIM models and construction drawings, resolve complex technical and design challenges, and support sustainability goals throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed or registered architect with at least 1 year of practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and structural systems.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with BIM modeling and construction drawing production.
• Additional skills in Illustrator, Rhino, and Grasshopper are a plus.
