About the role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader to manage our plant operations. The role is essential for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and a safe, positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the plant team to meet production and efficiency targets.
- Implement process and production improvements.
- Manage the department budget and control operational costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise the supply chain.
- Plan and schedule production plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Required skills
- Continuous improvement methodologies.
- Production management software and ERP systems.
- Health and safety regulations knowledge.
- Project management certification or agile methodologies (desired).
