Java Software Engineer

About the role

This full‑time Java Software Engineer position reports to a hands‑on technical lead and works within small, autonomous agile teams. You will be involved in the complete software lifecycle, collaborating with architects, directors, fellow developers, and quality‑assurance specialists across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze bugs, performance issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in unit‑test automation and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate on best practices, toolsets, and process improvements.
• Create deployment requests following organizational policies.
• Tri­age defects, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve issues.
• Contribute to user and technical documentation libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical ability to understand requirements and devise solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to improve products.
