IT TMO Program Enablement Coordinator

About the role

The IT TMO Program Enablement Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of the Technology Transformation Management Office. Working remotely from the LATAM region (preferably Costa Rica), you will orchestrate daily rhythms of reporting, initiative intake, meeting logistics, and program communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day TMO operations, including meeting coordination, reporting calendars, governance cycles, and stakeholder follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, personal scope trackers, and other reporting tools to ensure accuracy.
• Manage initiative intake by updating entries, coordinating pre‑read materials, and following up with project managers on missing information.
• Draft and send recurring communications such as reminder emails, pre‑read notices, action‑item summaries, and program updates.
• Identify and propose improvements to reporting, meeting preparation, intake, and follow‑up processes.
• Help create structure and consistency in evolving processes, templates, timelines, and operating rhythms.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in a project coordinator, program coordinator, PMO analyst, operations coordinator, or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage recurring processes, deadlines, calendars, meetings, trackers, and stakeholder communications.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate next steps, and operate effectively in ambiguous or fast‑paced environments.
