IT Systems Administrator

About the role

Sumo Logic is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join its Cloud SIEM team. In this role you will support global end‑user devices, manage endpoint security, integrate new IT solutions and drive automation across the infrastructure. You will work closely with the Global Head of Infrastructure and Data and the Lead IT Systems Engineer to deliver reliable, scalable and cost‑efficient services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt end‑user support through Helpdesk and triage, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and secure user endpoints, delivering consistent endpoint management solutions.
• Integrate and optimise IT systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain and support a diverse portfolio of user applications, delivering updates and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong background in IT operations with a focus on scalability, resilience and security.
• Experience handling 24x7 uptime systems and global hardware/end‑user device environments.
• Detail‑oriented, curious and able to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
