IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for its technology projects. Working fully remote, you will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader talent acquisition team, ensuring the right candidates are matched to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted IT candidates for open positions.
• Manage the full vetting cycle from the client side, maintaining timelines and revenue goals.
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes for effective presentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, client services, and sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
