About the role
This position is an individual contributor role focused on translating business requirements into software solutions, primarily within Salesforce environments. The engineer will develop, configure, and maintain integrated enterprise applications while collaborating across functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, high‑volume cloud‑based solutions using DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices.
- Provide incident support, troubleshooting, and post‑implementation triage for business software solutions.
- Assist in unit testing, component integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring proper documentation and test coverage.
- Write technical specifications and documentation, and ensure code adheres to architectural standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum three years of software development experience, including at least one year with Salesforce development.
- Experience in systems analysis, technical requirement definition, and working in a large matrixed organization.
Required skills
- Salesforce development (Apex, OmniStudio, Vlocity)
- Copado
- Scaled Agile methodology
- DevOps tools, bug tracking, and source code control systems
