IT Applications Engineer III

About the role

The IT Applications Engineer III will translate business requirements into software solutions, develop and configure integrated enterprise applications, and support implementation and maintenance of these solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions using DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices.
• Provide incident support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with testing phases including unit, component integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with architects, vendors, and team members to ensure functional specifications are converted into scalable, maintainable designs.
• Write technical specifications, documentation, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of software development experience.
• At least one year of experience with Salesforce development (Apex, flows) and systems analysis.
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization and writing technical documentation.

Required skills

• Salesforce development (Apex, Flow, OmniStudio/Vlocity).
• Bug tracking and source code control tools.
• Scaled Agile methodology.
• Exposure to Copado and engineering tools.
