About the role

The Interview Scheduling Analyst will support the recruitment process by efficiently coordinating interview logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, aligning the availability of candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Communicate interview details, directions, and logistics to candidates promptly.
• Prepare interview materials, including candidate resumes, interview questions, and schedules.
• Set up interview rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary tools such as whiteboards and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Provide technical support for virtual interviews, troubleshooting video‑conferencing platforms as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interview schedules, candidate feedback, and related documentation.
• Collect and relay feedback from interviewers and hiring managers to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance interview scheduling efficiency.
