International Patient Coordinator – Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

Prisma Dental Clinic is looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused International Patient Coordinator who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing international patients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from initial inquiry through post‑treatment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Coordinate appointments, manage patient schedules, and arrange transportation and accommodation.
• Guide patients through the treatment process with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing information.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Support reception and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with patient follow‑up before and after treatment.
• Contribute to marketing activities, including patient engagement and lead follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
