Interaction Design Specialist – UI/UX Design Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Interaction Design Specialist to create and deliver user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that communicate strategic ideas and enhance user experience across client projects. The role involves collaborating with creative leads, account managers, and development teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Define team workflow, tools, and coordinate with management and development.
• Estimate effort, set standards for deliverables, and lead brainstorming sessions.
• Create templates, styles, and visual assets for client brands, especially for Life Sciences campaigns.
• Produce advanced, strategic design comps and pitch concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain design archives, ensure brand consistency, and negotiate deadline changes.
• Develop training documents and manage technical induction for new team members.
• Outsource tasks when needed, supervise external providers, and create visual approach documents with graphic and animation prototypes.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, Interaction, and UI work.
